How long will it take to receive my instruments?
In stock items will be shipped no later than the following business day. Out of stock items will typically be shipped within one week. If lead times should be any longer than this for any reason you will receive an e-mail informing you of the discrepancy.
Where can I have my items shipped?
For the time being, items can only be shipped to addresses in the United States. This may be changed in the future, should demand for services outside of the US be substantial enough. Let us know if you are outside of the United States and we will take note and do our best to accommodate you.
What shipping carrier will be used?
All standard shipments will be sent by USPS Surepost. This will allow for delivery to nearly all addresses, as many other services will not allow a package to be dropped by an apartment door.
What if I need my instruments more quickly than your standard shipping?
In stock items can be expedited for over night shipping at an additional cost. Out of stock items will be on a case by case basis. Let us know when you need it and we will do our best to meet that date and let you know whatever additional charges will be incurred.
How can I track the progress?

What can I do if the set I purchase does not meet my instructor’s requirements?
We offer a 30 day Money Back Guarantee. All you need to do is to have your instructor write you an e-mail that explains why the set you purchased does not meet the course needs and we will issue a return label for you to send if back for a full refund once we receive it. We need you to forward the e-mail from your instructor and make sure that it includes their functioning e-mail address.
